1) GHIA provides two sequences (management and professional) three direction (vertical management, professional vertical, professional transverse) nine series (technical, quality, finance, human resources, sales, marketing, service, production, integrated) career development channel.  
Marketing positions: basic positions,→sales representatives→sales executives→regional manager→sales director→sales deputy general manager;
Technical position: basic position→ technical staff→assistant engineer→senior engineer→technical director→technical director;
Management positions: basic position→excellent staff→basic management,→intermediate management→ senior management→management director→management deputy  general manager

Fixed salary
Marketing staffs, technical support engineer adopt the commission and wage system, namely basic salary + commission.
Annual salary
For the company's outstanding performance of the staffs, providing two annual salary adjustment opportunities, the maximum salary increase of 30%.
Year-end bonus
After the end of the year, we will provide annual performance bonus for employees basing on employee performance and performance of the company. Performance bonuses reflect the performance and contribution of employees directly, and embody the performance oriented compensation incentives.
